Product Fulfillment Services
Our product fulfillment services include the processing of hundreds of orders daily for product fulfillment and premium merchandise distribution through a variety of data feeds: XML/HTTP, Fax, Phone, Mail. Mail and fax orders are keyed into our fulfillment system upon arrival to allow for immediate order processing. Email and website orders are directly imported into the system for immediate order processing. Our product fulfillment services are tailored to meet each client’s individual business requirements and needs.

Receiving
The fulfillment process starts when your product hits Ro Generation’s door. We log everything that enters our facility. This eliminates inventory errors and supply chain problems. Once your inventory is received and counted, the counts are entered into the order processing and inventory control system and assigned a unique warehouse location. It is then stored in its assigned location and ready for its fulfillment requirements. All receiving is implemented and accounted for within 24 hours.

Pick and Pack Services
Ro Generation inc. processes your orders upon receipt, and we’ll ship within the instruction delivery dates. Our pick and pack services are managed by our fully automated and integrated order processing & inventory control system that is design for the most efficient results (input/output).
